Kristine has a long history of leadership in the high-technology company space. She has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Mapper Lithography, (sold to ASML), CEO at ANCA Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machines, Senior Vice President & General Manager at Infineon Technologies, a non-executive Director at several companies including Schneeberger Linear Systems, and an Associate Principal at McKinsey.

She has an MBA from Northwestern University, and a PhD in Physics and a Masters of Engineering from Berkeley.
