Katapol completed a summer internship at COMBS and continued this work as a capstone student during his honours year. His project focuses on improving photonic biosensors using optical frequency combs, specifically enhancing sensitivity, limit of detection, and multiplexing, with the aim of advancing scalable, high-sensitivity diagnostic platforms for early disease detection.
